Amidst the housing market turmoil at the time, we realized that we had a unique skill set that could benefit people looking to purchase or sell real estate. Our staff has over 20 years of experience in appraising real estate, over 20 years of experience financing real estate and another 20 years of experience in escrow services. Washington State has lost nearly half of the licensed agents that were operating at the peak of the housing bubble.
